We have replaced all types of concrete and metal pan balconies over the years. We recently completed 240 balcony restoration project at the garages Cathedral West Condonminium that involved the following:

• Removal of all railing existing coating and carpet glue.

• Repair of delaminated renovation.

• High pressure washing of decks.

• Apply Miracote Cementitous Waterproof coating manufacturesd by Crossfield Products ( 4 Coat system)

• Install new railing system.
