1. INCOMPLETE FLOOR CLEANING - Steel Shot abrasives remove dirt, old coatings, point and contaminating. Self-contained dust collection system removes dust and debris simultaneously with the cleaning process. NO chemicals used, therefore NO toxic fumes or waste disposal problem. 2. WATER TRAPPED IN POROUS CONCRETE - Shot Blasting uses no water and there is no waiting time. Coating can begin immediately after cleaning concrete. 3. IMPROPER SURFACE PROFILE - Different size shot are used to produce different profile textures for the best possible coating adhesion.
KEI
40
The KEI 40 is designed for optimal portability and performance, satisfying the demands of the most challenging cleaning and maintenance applications. The KEI 40s direct drive, ultrahigh-pressure plunger pump gives users uninterested water flow and pressure at the nozzle. The pump generates 40,000 psi (2720 bar) of water at flow rates of .6 gallons (2.28 liter) per minute, minimizing containment and disposal. It's design allows easy access to all safety checks. The KEI 40 completely cleans surfaces to bare metal or concrete. Ultra high pressure waterjet cleaning removes virtually any applied coating, including epoxies, urethanes, enamels, powder coatings, bituthanes and hot applied rubberized asphalt. Fully self contained, the KEI 40 comes equipped with an ultrahigh-pressure direct drive pump, an A-3000 hand held cleaning tool and high pressure hose up to 200 feet. Driven by a propane powered engine, the unit is mounted on a cart for easy mobility and fits through a standard size door. Trained users simply wheel the KEI 40 into a room, connect the pump to an air source and water.
